That would explain why he's on the scene in London in Watch Dogs: Legion, where a private military contractor called Albion has been establishing a police state in the name of protecting the citizens from terrorism. But whether or not DedSec will be happy to see Aiden is another matter entirely. Aiden has clearly become a mobile vigilante, leaving his city of Chicago for wherever there is injustice he believes needs correcting. Aiden seems to be living up to his promise to protect and punish during his brief appearance in Watch Dogs 2, where lead character Marcus helps him take down a human trafficking ring in San Francisco.
